The purpose of rapid cooling is to preserve the original flavor, stable quality and avoid bacterial growth. Using the rapid cooling bucket, the quality of each batch of ice liquid base is more stable and the flavor is stronger. It is easier to control the quality and maintain the same production process regardless of the novice or the veteran. The whole ice liquid base or beverage is unstable due to the difficulty of heat dissipation at the center temperature. The AGEVAT is used to rapidly cool the temperature of the ice liquid base to 4-6 °C to avoid bacterial growth, reduce product quality changes and prolong storage time.
